After meeting and discussing their frustration inspecting over 30 properties, we began working together and within four weeks secured their dream home here in Noosa.

The property as listed online on a Thursday and later that day we had inspected, negotiated and secured a contract. We literally stopped the campaign in its tracks.

We negotiated a period of seven days to check the property which also allowed time for my clients to drive down and inspect it for the first time.

This deal is another example of one that wasn’t quite ‘off-market’, but by acting swiftly we effectively took it off the market before anyone else got in to see it. This means we had no buyer competition at all.
