The previous buyer’s contract fell over and we picked up the same deal at the asking price which was fair and agreed by both parties. This was a genuine off-market deal that was never going to be advertised.

Our client had been searching for over a year in and around Noosa, but couldn’t quite land one. Some of the frustrations we talked about when we met were that agents weren’t properly disclosing price, the quality of the homes were not up to scratch and there were probably just too many options on the table to actually make a decision.

Once we worked to refine the search, we secured this beautiful home within just 5 days of sending the refined brief out.
